Job Description: Sales Executive This job description sets out the scope of the role of Sales Executive at Dialogue Digitals LLP. We are looking for passionate sales executive for our sales team. The sales executive’s responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities: • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. • Researching prospects and generating leads. • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. • Achieve or exceed revenue targets. • Participating in sales team meetings. • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Qualifications • Prior experience in mobile sales is an added advantage. • Good knowledge of mobile and gadgets and their specifications.
